Today Is the Day
This morning I woke up late because I did not hear my alarm go off, but luckily I didn't have anything to pack this morning and grandma woke me. Grandma was behind on packing so bubba and I helped her get the rest of her things packed and in the car. We are off at 6:15 AM on the way to Niagara Falls, Niagara Falls is an 8hr+ drive from we live. (After Niagara Falls) Today we drove for 10hrs+, we went through 3 new states which you can see in the videos and pictures on the top left 4 bars. When we went on the maid of the mist, there was so much water splashing into my face that I couldn't even see. Just imagine 600,000 gallons of water per second coming down from the 170-foot height horseshoes falls, all of that water splashing into your face, and that wind is so strong that it would blow a little kid so easily (do recommend though). Then I got beautiful hand-crafted necklaces there as well. we started to get hungry after a while, as dark clouds started to roll in so we thought it would be a good time to go and eat dinner. EVERYTHING was booked, we couldn't find anything to eat and down pouring rain, we stood outside for an hour and a half, trying to find a restaurant. Finally, we ended up at Papa John, and I devoured the BBQ chicken wings. then we headed to a rest stop and stayed there for the night.
